Can clinical supervisors apply for accreditation?
Yes. If you’re actively working in a clinical or practice-based setting, you are eligible to apply.

Do I have to create a new user account every time I want to apply for an exam?
No. You only need to create a dashboard the first time you apply. For future exams, go to portal.globalccc.org, click "Login," and use your existing credentials to access your dashboard and start a new application.

Do I have to create a new application if I make an error?
No. You can go back into your saved application and make corrections before submitting. Once submitted, changes can no longer be made.

How many days do I have to submit missing documents after my application has been rejected?
You have three days from the date the rejection email was sent.

How do I submit missing documents after my application has been rejected?
Log in to portal.globalccc.org, click on your previously submitted application, upload the missing documents or make changes, and advance through to resubmit. Your application will then be reviewed again.

I completed UTC self-led courses online but did not receive all of my certificates yet.
Submit screenshots showing course completion. As long as you meet the 120-hour training requirement and have completed UTC 3 and 8, you are still eligible.

If I already have certificates from other trainings, do I still need to complete the UTC self-led courses?
The Commission is currently reviewing this. Equivalent training—especially in fields like social work or psychology that include HIV and ethics—may be considered. Submit documentation showing how your training matches the required content.

Is there an exam for the Child Interventions or Children Series?
Not at this time. Current credential options include Prevention, Treatment Levels 1–4, and Recovery Support. A nursing-focused credential is currently in development.

Will I be disqualified for not completing UTC 1 and 8?
UTC 3 and 8 are currently required for eligibility. However, the Commission may consider equivalent knowledge or training if you submit supporting documentation.

Can the one-mark fail policy be reconsidered?
The 70% pass rate is grounded in psychometric testing to ensure fairness and validity. While it can feel discouraging, it is based on data. That said, the Commission is reviewing exam performance data over the next six months and may consider adjustments.
