UNM Continuing Education's Substance Abuse Studies courses are NAADAC approved for the NM Counseling and Therapy Practice Board and Board of Social Work Examiners requirements. Contact hours or CEUs are applicable for the Licensed Substance Abuse Associate (LSAA), the Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC), the Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC) and paraprofessionals in Peer Support Work or Prevention Specialist.
