This workshop is designed to guide attendees in the process of making adaptations: considering who to involve in the adaptation planning process, exploring why adaptations are being made, assessing fit, and determining which components are being adapted and how. It describes and models a practical approach for teams implementing prevention initiatives to go through this process while keeping equity at the forefront, and provides access to a preview version of Map2Adapt, an online interactive tool designed by The Center for Implementation.
