NIDA Fellowships for Postdoctoral Training

Several opportunities are available for scientists who want postdoctoral research training and professional development opportunities. The majority of Fellowships offer a one-year training opportunity in the United States with a NIDA-supported researcher. Actual details vary for each Fellowship.

• INVEST Drug Use and Addiction Research Fellowship
  Provides 12 months of postdoctoral drug use and addiction research training with an established NIDA-supported scientist at a U.S. institution.
• INVEST/Clinical Trials Network (CTN) Drug Use and Addiction Research Fellowship
  Provides 12 months of postdoctoral drug use and addiction research training in the United States with a scientist affiliated with 1 of the 13 CTN Regional Research and Training Centers.
• INVEST Prevention Drug Use and Addiction Research Fellowship
  Provides 12 months of postdoctoral drug use and addiction prevention research training with an established NIDA-supported scientist at a U.S. institution.
