General Volunteer Position Overview
We seek dedicated and creative volunteers to support our nonprofit's initiatives. Volunteering offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to our mission. Your time and talents are needed in the following areas:
✅ Academic & Research Support – Conduct literature reviews, develop curricula, and support workforce studies.
✅ Higher Education & Workforce Development – Assist in program development, faculty training, and career pathway initiatives.
✅ Program Support & Coordination – Organize conferences, workshops, and faculty exchanges.
✅ Communication & Outreach – Write for blogs, manage social media, translate materials, and update resource libraries.
✅ Fundraising & Development (HIGH PRIORITY!) – Engage donors, develop fundraising strategies, and support grant writing.
✅ IT & Data Management – Manage research databases, virtual events, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Core Duties (All Volunteers)
Support the development of marketing materials and campaigns
Help maintain consistent branding across all communications
Create, or support the creation of, basic promotional videos and visual content
Specialized Duties (As Assigned):
Searching academic databases for relevant papers for literature reviews
Creating citation lists and bibliographies
Summarizing key findings from papers
Entering data into spreadsheets or databases
Assist with writing and editing content for website and newsletters
